Orange and cranberry cake

Ingredients:

6 and a half ounces of cake flour or all-purpose flour (remember to sift it). Cake flour is the most suitable option, if you have it.

1/2 teaspoon of baking powder

1 small spoon of apple cider vinegar

1 and a half cups of cranberries, which can be fresh or frozen.

5 and a half ounces of white milk chocolate, chopped into small pieces.

1/2 cup of butter at room temperature, without salt.

7 ounces of powdered sugar (do not use granulated sugar as a substitute)

1/2 cup of thick cream

3 eggs at room temperature

2 tablespoons of grated orange peel

dried cranberries and chocolate pieces to decorate
