A little bit of salt
20 grams of vegetable oil, which is equivalent to 4 teaspoons or 0.71 ounces.
125 ml of milk, whether from animals or plants, which is equivalent to half a cup or 4.23 ounces.
Instructions
Mix the dry ingredients together. In a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and a little salt.
Mix in the liquid ingredients: Add the milk and vegetable oil. Mix everything together until you have a soft dough, making sure all the dry ingredients are well mixed.
Change the texture of the dough: If it's too dry, slowly pour in more milk. If it's too sticky, add some flour and mix until it's smooth and easy to shape.
Flatten the dough: On a surface with a little flour, flatten the dough until it is 0.5 to 1 cm thick.
Slice into round pieces. Use a cookie cutter or a round object (about 6 cm wide) to cut circles out of the dough.
Preheat the pan. Warm up a pan that doesn't stick on medium heat.
Bake Bread: Put some pieces of dough in the pan, cover it, and cook for around 5 minutes on each side until they are golden brown.
Chill and Serve: Move the baked bread to a metal rack to cool down a bit. Enjoy it warm with your preferred spreads or use it for sandwiches.
