Crispy Spiral Potatoes

4 large russet potatoes
1/4 cup of olive oil
1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons of garlic powder
2 tablespoons of paprika
1 tablespoon of dried oregano
1 tablespoon of dried thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Potatoes
Wash and Slice:
Thoroughly wash the potatoes to remove any dirt. Pat them dry with a kitchen towel. Using a sharp knife or a spiral slicer, slice the potatoes into a spiral shape. If using a knife, carefully cut the potatoes into a continuous spiral by rotating the potato while slicing.

Step 2: Season the Potatoes
Seasoning Mix:
In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, dried oregano, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Toss the spiral-cut potatoes in the seasoning mix, ensuring they are evenly coated.
