Baked Cottage Cheese Eggs

Put in Baking Pan:
Pour the beaten eggs into the baking dish, making sure to spread them evenly.
Cook in the oven that has been heated beforehand for 25-30 minutes, or until the eggs are firm and the top is slightly golden.

To see if it’s done, stick a toothpick in the middle. If it comes out clean, the dish is ready.
Let the food cool down a bit before cutting it into pieces.
Serve the dish hot, and add more chives or herbs if you like.
