4 apples (Gold or Queen of Queens), cut into thin slices
150 g flour
100 g sugar
3 eggs
50 g melted butter
300 ml milk
1 sachet vanilla sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
1 pinch salt
Butter for the mold
Icing sugar for decoration
