Directions
First, prepare the broth.
Warm a big pot or Dutch oven on medium heat.
Put the minced meat or Italian sausage. Cook until it turns brown, breaking it into small pieces while cooking. Remove extra fat.
Add the diced onion and garlic. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the ingredients are soft and smell good.
Step 2: Create the Taste
Include crushed tomatoes, chopped tomatoes, broth, Italian herbs, basil, oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
Heat the mixture until it boils, then lower the heat to let it simmer. Cover the dish and cook for 15-20 minutes so the flavors can mix together.
