3 egg whites (or 2 whole eggs)
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1/2 lemon, juiced
1/8 tsp paprika, plus more for coating
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
1 1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
2 tsp dried parsley
