You shouldn't wash leftover rice more than three times at most.
Moving forward, the rice water may be poured:

After washing rice, the water that remains is called rice water. There will be some rice-derived trace elements (calcium, phosphorus, etc.) in this water. Use it to rinse the rice, water the flowers, and it may even have a little encouraging impact.
Put it to use by scrubbing fruits and vegetables. You may clean your fruits and veggies with "rice water" since it is somewhat acidic. After washing produce with clean water, it may break down pesticide residues. As a result, the fruits will be better for you to consume.
Put it to use for dishwashing. Grease on the surface may be efficiently cleaned with it. Because of its acidity, the water molecules in "rice water" are able to dissolve oil stains.
