Preparation:
Prepare the meringue: Top the snow whites with sugar and vanilla extract. Forming a record on a baking tray.
Cooking: Bake at 120°C for 1 hour. Let it cool down.
Add the gourd: Spread the whipped cream over the meringue. Pour the red fruit coulis and add fresh fruit.
Decoration: Decorate with some mint leaves.
