Grilled Ribeye Steaks with Herb Butter

Ingredients:
– For the Steaks:
– 4 ribeye steaks (about 1-inch thick)
– Salt
– Black pepper
– Olive oil

– For the Herb Butter:
– 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
– 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, finely chopped
– 1 teaspoon lemon zest
– Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions:

Prepare the Herb Butter:
– In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, thyme, lemon zest, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
– Place the butter mixture on a piece of plastic wrap and roll it into a log shape. Twist the ends to seal it tightly.
– Refrigerate the herb butter log for at least 30 minutes to allow it to firm up.
