Grilled Ribeye Steaks with Herb Butter

– Remove the steaks from the refrigerator and let them come to room temperature for about 30 minutes before cooking.
– Preheat your grill to high heat.
– Brush both sides of the steaks with olive oil and season generously with salt and black pepper.
Grill the Steaks:
– Place the steaks on the preheated grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or to your desired level of doneness.
– Use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature (130°F for medium-rare, 140°F for medium, and 160°F for well-done).
