Ingredients:
• 4 lobster tails (fresh or thawed)
• 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
• 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
• 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
• 1/2 teaspoon paprika
• Salt and pepper, to taste
• Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions:
1️⃣ Prepare the Lobster Tails:
• Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
• Using kitchen shears, carefully cut down the top of each lobster tail shell, stopping just before the tail. Gently pull apart the shell and lift the lobster meat, laying it on top of the shell while keeping it attached at the base. This creates an attractive presentation and allows the meat to cook evenly.
2️⃣ Make the Garlic Herb Butter:
• In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, chopped parsley, thyme leaves, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well to blend the flavors.
