Sweet and Tangy Pineapple Beef Bake

Ingredients:
1 pound beef stew meat, cubed
1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned)
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon ginger, minced
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
1 cup bell peppers, diced
2 cups cooked rice
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil for cooking

Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large skillet, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium heat. Add the cubed beef, seasoning with salt and pepper, and brown on all sides.
