. Start by peeling the bananas and slicing them into 1/2-inch thick rounds.
2. Place the banana slices onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze for at least 1 hour or until solid.
3. While the bananas are freezing, melt the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil together in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth and fully melted.
4. Remove the banana slices from the freezer and quickly dip each one into the melted chocolate, allowing any excess chocolate to drip off.
5. If you'd like, you can immediately sprinkle the chocolate-covered banana bites with chopped nuts, shredded coconut, or sprinkles for added texture and flavor.
