Ingredients
2 cups cooked shredded chicken
1 cup BBQ sauce
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 small onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup canned corn, drained
4 large flour tortillas
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet.
2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, BBQ sauce, chopped onion, corn, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well to ensure everything is evenly mixed.
