1 cup flour
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup
breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
For the Honey Garlic Sauce:
1/2 cup honey
4 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water
Instructions
Prepare the Chicken Tenders:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In three separate bowls, place the flour, beaten
eggs, and
breadcrumbs mixed with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
Dip each chicken tender first in flour, then in beaten
eggs, and finally coat with the
breadcrumb mixture.
