Carrot Juice Detox Drink:
Ingredients:
4 large carrots
1 apple (to sweeten and add additional detox benefits)
A piece of fresh ginger (for extra detoxification properties)
Water (if needed to thin the juice)
Wash and peel the carrots and apple. Chop them into manageable pieces.
Peel the ginger.
Put all the ingredients into a juicer.
