Spicy Baked Cajun Catfish and Shrimp with Zesty Lemon Butter

4 catfish fillets
12 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning (from the mix above)
For the Lemon Butter Sauce:

¼ cup unsalted butter
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Zest of 1 lemon
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:

Preheat the oven: Set your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray for easier cleanup.

Prepare the Cajun seasoning: In a small bowl, combine paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to combine.

Season the fish and shrimp: Pat the catfish fillets and shrimp dry with a paper towel. Drizzle the fillets and shrimp with olive oil and rub the Cajun seasoning generously over both the catfish and shrimp, ensuring they are well-coated.
