Creamy Seafood Boil

Add seafood to the saucepan and simmer a few minutes, until it starts to cook.
Adding flour :
Sprinkle with flour and mix well to coat the seafood.
Adding broth and potatoes:
Pour in fish broth and add in diced potatoes. Let simmer on low heat for about 20 minutes, until potatoes are tender.
Adding cream and seasonings:
Add sour cream, salt, pepper and minced parsley. Mix it up well.
