Copycat Longhorn Parmesan Crusted Chicken

• 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

• 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

• 1/2 cup sliced Provolone cheese

• 1/4 cup Panko breadcrumbs

• 2 tablespoons melted butter

• 1 teaspoon garlic powder

• Salt and pepper, to taste

• 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:

Preheat the Oven:

• Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a baking dish or line it with foil to prevent sticking.

Season and Sear the Chicken:

• Season the chicken breasts on both sides with salt and pepper. In a skillet over medium-high heat, sear each chicken breast for 3-4 minutes per side until browned. This step adds flavor and helps seal in the moisture.
