1 tablespoon of ground flax seeds

Instructions:
Grind the flax seeds: If you don’t have ground flax seeds, you can blend whole flax seeds into a fine powder using a coffee grinder or blender.
Mix the ingredients: In a small bowl, combine the ground flax seeds, rice flour, and water. Mix well to create a smooth paste. Add a teaspoon of honey for added moisture and anti-inflammatory benefits.
Apply the mask: Cleanse your face thoroughly before applying the mask. Gently spread the mixture over your face and neck, avoiding the eye area.
