Add Peanut Butter:
Add 1 tablespoon of natural peanut butter to the mug. Mix it well with the mashed banana until fully combined.
Incorporate Cocoa Powder:
Add 1 teaspoon of cocoa powder to the mixture. Stir thoroughly to ensure the cocoa is evenly distributed.
Add Dates and Peanuts:
Chop 1-2 dates into small pieces and add them to the mug. Sprinkle in 1 teaspoon of chopped peanuts for a bit of crunch.
Enhance with Vanilla and Salt:
Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and a pinch of sea salt to the mixture. Mix everything together until well combined.
Microwave:
Place the mug in the microwave and heat on high for 30-45 seconds. This will warm up the mixture slightly, enhancing the flavors and creating a creamy texture.
Cool Down:
Let the mixture cool for a few minutes. If you prefer a colder treat, you can place the mug in the freezer for 5-10 minutes.
