2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 large onion, quartered
3 apples, cored and sliced
2 cups apple cider
1 cup chicken broth
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
