Just Put It on Your Feet and Save Money at the Pharmacy

1 slice of bread
1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons of coconut oil
Method:

Crumble the bread into a small basin to soften it. Make sure the bread is well soaked before adding the apple cider vinegar. Until the bread is completely soaked, let it rest for around ten minutes.
Add Coconut Oil: If the coconut oil isn’t already liquid, melt it and thoroughly combine it with the bread that has been soaked in vinegar to produce a paste.
Apply the Mixture: Apply this paste immediately to the afflicted regions of your foot before going to bed. Pay attention to the toes and soles if you have athlete’s foot.
Wrap Your Feet: After applying the mixture, wrap your feet with cling film or a fresh towel. This will improve the paste’s effectiveness and help hold it in place.
