Prepare the Pan: Spread the potato mixture evenly in a frying pan. Make sure to distribute the mixture in a single layer for even cooking. Add enough cooking oil to cover the bottom of the pan.
Start Cooking: Turn the heat to medium. Once the oil starts to sizzle, cover the pan with a lid and reduce the heat to low. This method allows the potato pancake to cook through while staying crispy. Wipe off any moisture that accumulates on the lid to maintain the crispiness.
