Wash the pork ribs thoroughly under cold water.

In a separate pot, bring water to a boil. Add the ribs and blanch them for 3-5 minutes to remove impurities.

Rinse the blanched ribs under cold water and set aside.

In a large pot, combine the blanched pork ribs, carrots, apples, ginger slices, and salt.

Add 8 cups of water to the pot and stir to mix the ingredients evenly.
