Instructions:
Heat the milk in the microwave for about 25 seconds. Be careful not to overheat it, as this can kill the yeast.
In a small bowl, dissolve the baker’s yeast in the lukewarm milk and set aside for approximately 10 minutes.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the flour, granulated sugar, kosher salt, and vanilla sugar.
Add the rapeseed oil to the dry ingredients and mix well. Gradually pour in the milk and yeast mixture, stirring continuously until the dough starts to come together.
Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface until it is soft and homogeneous. Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a tea towel, and let it rise in a warm place until it has doubled in size.
