2 big eggs
1/2 cup of vegetable oil
1 cup of eggnog

For the Stuffing:

One box of instant vanilla pudding mix (3.4 oz).
Brandy (if desired) 1/2 cup
1 1/2 cups of eggnog
3 cups of whipped cream
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
Half a teaspoon of nutmeg.
