Make the cake: Heat the oven to 350°F (175°C) before using. Put oil or butter on a baking dish that is 9 by 13 inches in size. Mix together cake mix, eggs, oil, and eggnog in a big bowl. Mix until there are no lumps. Put the batter in the dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Let it sit in the pan for 10 minutes.
Prepare the stuffing. In a bowl, mix pudding mix, brandy (if using), and eggnog until thick.
Add the filling to the cake. Make small holes in the cold cake and pour the pudding mixture evenly on top.
Put frosting on the cake. Put the whipped cream on top of the pudding. Add a little cinnamon and nutmeg on top.
Relax and enjoy: Put in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or until cold. Serve and have fun!
