Step 1: Prepare the Mixture
Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, shredded mozzarella, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, parsley, beaten egg, minced garlic, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated. Avoid overmixing to keep the patties tender.
Form Patties: Divide the mixture into 6-8 equal portions and shape each portion into a patty about 1/2 inch thick. Make a small indentation in the center of each patty to help them cook evenly.
Step 2: Cook the Patties
Heat Oil: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
Cook Patties: Carefully place the patties in the skillet, making sure not to overcrowd the pan. Cook for about 5-6 minutes on one side until golden brown.
