Ingredients:
For the Crust:
-2 cups Oreo crumbs
-1/4 cup melted butter
For the Cheesecake Filling:
-24 oz cream cheese, softened
-1 cup sugar 🥄
-1 cup sour cream
-1 tsp vanilla extract 🌿
-1 tbsp strawberry extract
-3 large eggs
-Pink food coloring
-1/2 cup chopped strawberries
For the Drip:
-1 cup white chocolate chips
-1/2 cup heavy cream 🥛
For Decoration:
-Whipped cream
-Fresh strawberries
-Pink sprinkles
-Oreo cookies
Instructions:
Preheat:
Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
Crust:
Combine Oreo crumbs  and melted butter  Press the mixture into the pan and bake for 10 minutes. Cool completely.
Cheesecake Filling:
Beat cream cheese , sugar 🥄, sour cream 🥛, vanilla , strawberry extract , and pink food coloring until smooth.
