Cleaning first
Insects are attracted to dirt, trash and food scraps; for them, they constitute an invitation to a wedding. That’s why we try to keep our house as clean as possible. Use antibacterial products, especially for floors. Let’s not forget to check the hidden corners. Cleaning the house is often limited to visible areas, but it is precisely in the places where we cannot see that dirt accumulates. At least once a month we clean carefully under the kitchen furniture, if possible we also move the refrigerator. Even if we are careful, it is inevitable that pieces of food will fall under our feet. Even waste must be controlled, let’s dispose of it as soon as we produce it, if this is not possible due to selective collection that forces us to throw away waste on certain days, let’s at least try to keep it out of the house in containers well closed.
Finally, when we keep treats, fruits, and goodies available on tables or counters, we’ve got you covered. Even a tightly meshed net is enough, insects will still be attracted to the smell, but since they cannot access the product, they will abandon it.

If, despite all our efforts, the insects really do not want to come out of their tents, we will necessarily have to resort to strong measures using an insecticide. There are different types on the market, but they are toxic and, especially if we have children or animals at home, it is not a good idea to use them. We are going to create a natural insecticide, very effective and absolutely non-harmful for those who live at home, we will need half a cup for each of these:
