The following ingredients are needed to make homemade tapioca pudding: - 1/3 cup of tiny pearl tapioca - 2 3/4 cups of whole milk
Two big eggs, 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- Half a cup of sugar, granulated
1.5 milliliters of pure vanilla essence
What to do:
1. An hour of soaking time is required for the tapioca pearls in one cup of milk. In doing so, the pearls can swell and soften, guaranteeing that they will cook up beautifully plump.
2. Whip the sugar and eggs in a another bowl until they are pale and fluffy. Remove off the table.
Step3: In a big saucepan, mix the soaked tapioca with the remaining 1 3/4 cups of milk and salt. The milk should be heated and the pearls should have expanded before you cook it over medium heat.
