Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish or oven-safe skillet with non-stick cooking spray.
Prepare the Cream Cheese Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, crumbled bacon, sliced green onions, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until all the ingredients are well incorporated.
Season to Taste: Taste the mixture and season with salt and pepper as desired. Keep in mind that the bacon and cheeses already add saltiness, so go easy on the salt at this stage.
Transfer to Baking Dish: Spoon the cheese and bacon mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly with a spatula.
Bake Until Bubbly: Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly, and the cheese is melted and golden brown on top.
