Garlic, Lemon, and Apple Cider Vinegar Juice Recipe
Ingredients:
4 cloves of garlic (peeled and crushed)
2 lemons (juiced)
2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar (raw and unfiltered)
1 cup of water
Optional: 1 teaspoon of honey (for taste)
Instructions:
Crush the garlic cloves and let them sit for 10 minutes to activate the beneficial compounds.
Juice the lemons and add the lemon juice to a blender or a jar.
Add the crushed garlic, apple cider vinegar, and water to the lemon juice.
Blend or stir the mixture until well combined. If you prefer a milder taste, you can add a teaspoon of honey for sweetness.
Drink this juice on an empty stomach in the morning or before meals for the best results.
