Mom rubs herb butter sauce over raw turkey, makes juiciest one yet

2 tablespoons of dried rosemary
2 tablespoons of dried sage
1 tablespoon of dried thyme
Zest of 1 lemon
Salt to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 300°F and add 2 cups of water to the roasting pan.
2. Combine melted butter, white wine, and stock in a saucepan.
3. Mix softened butter, sage, rosemary, thyme, lemon zest, garlic, and salt.
4. Spread 2/3 of the herb butter under the turkey skin and the rest over the skin.
5. Stuff or add aromatics to the turkey cavity as desired.
