Creamy Garlic Parmesan Salmon with Turmeric Rice: A Gourmet Delight

Ingredients
For the Salmon:
4 salmon fillets (about 6 ounces each)
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
For the Turmeric Rice:
1 cup basmati or jasmine rice
1 3/4 cups water or chicken broth
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon ground turmeric
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced

Directions
Preparing the Turmeric Rice
Rinse the Rice:
Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear to remove excess starch.
Sauté the Onion and Garlic:
In a medium saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes. Add the minced garlic and cook for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
