GARLIC BUTTER CHICKEN BITES WITH CREAMY PARMESAN PASTA

1 lb (450g) chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 tbsp butter
3-4 garlic cloves, minced
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tsp Italian seasoning (or a mix of basil, oregano, and thyme)
For Creamy Parmesan Pasta:

8 oz (225g) pasta of choice (fettuccine, linguine, or penne work well)
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp butter
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Saucepan for pasta
Tongs
Wooden spoon or spatula
Measuring cups and spoons
Grater for Parmesan cheese
Directions
Step 1: Prepare the Chicken
Season the chicken bites with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Once melted, add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add the seasoned chicken bites to the skillet and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Once cooked, set the chicken bites aside.
