Banana Cocoa Walnut Loaf

1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
½ cup granulated sugar
½ cup brown sugar, packed
2 large ripe bananas, mashed
2 large eggs
½ cup vegetable oil or melted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup chopped walnuts

Directions
Preheat Oven and Prepare Pan:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease and flour a 9×5-inch loaf pan, or line it with parchment paper.
Mix Dry Ingredients:
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cocoa powder. Set aside.
Combine Wet Ingredients:
In a large bowl, mix the granulated sugar and brown sugar with the mashed bananas until well combined.
Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Stir in the vegetable oil (or melted butter) and vanilla extract.
Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients:
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined. Do not overmix.
Fold in the chopped walnuts.
