1 chicken fillet (about 200 g)
4-5 mushrooms, sliced
100 ml (½ cup) cream
100 g (1 cup) grated cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
1 tbsp vegetable oil
Salt and black pepper to taste
For the Creamy Sauce:
4 tbsp sour cream
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
Fresh dill, chopped
Salt and black pepper to taste
Directions
Boil the Potatoes: Peel and chop the potatoes. Place them in a pot of water and bring to a boil. Add a pinch of salt and cook until soft, about 15 minutes. Drain the water and mash the potatoes.
Prepare the Potato Patties: In a large bowl, combine the mashed potatoes with eggs, flour, butter, carrots, onions, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to form a dough-like consistency. Shape the mixture into patties.
Fry the Patties: Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the potato patties until golden on both sides. Set them aside on a plate.
