On a floured surface, divide the dough into 8 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a circle, about 6-7 inches in diameter.
Cook the Taco Shells
Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat. Cook each dough circle for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until lightly golden and cooked through. Keep the cooked taco shells warm by covering them with a towel.
