Gourmet baked Camembert

Preheat the oven: Start by preheating your oven to 180ยฐC (350ยฐF).

Prepare the Camembert:

Remove the Camembert from its plastic packaging. Place it in a small baking dish.

If the Camembert is in a wooden box, you can leave it in the box, but remove the lid.

Prepare the herbs:

Cut the garlic cloves into thin strips or small pieces.

If you are using fresh rosemary, separate the leaves from the stems.

Score the Camembert:

Using a knife, make cross-shaped incisions on the top of the Camembert. This will allow the flavors to penetrate and the cheese to melt more easily.
