Insert the garlic pieces into the incisions made on the top of the Camembert.
Also add the rosemary (or thyme) leaves, pushing them lightly into the cheese.
If you choose to add walnuts, roughly crush them and sprinkle them on top.
Mix the seasoning:
Drizzle with a little olive oil and a little honey to add a touch of sweetness. This is also the time to add a little black pepper to taste.
Cooking:
Bake the Camembert in the preheated oven for about 15 to 20 minutes, or until it becomes very soft and begins to flow.
Preparing the bread: While the cheese is cooking, cut the bread into slices and lightly toast it in the oven or on the grill.
Serving:
Once cooked, remove the Camembert from the oven (carefully, it will be very hot!).
Serve immediately with the bread slices for dipping, and accompany with dried fruits if desired.
