Recipe for Mango Ice Cream Cake

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease and flour three 9-inch (23cm) round cake pans.
2. Prepare cake: Whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. In a separate bowl, whisk together butter, milk, eggs, vanilla extract, and diced mango. Combine wet and dry ingredients.
