Variations & Tips
For a bit of sweetness, add a tablespoon of honey to the herb rub. If you have a picky eater who isn't fond of vegetables, consider blending some of the veggies into the broth to create a tasty gravy. You can also substitute sweet potatoes for regular potatoes or add apples for a touch of autumn flair. If you're feeling adventurous, throw in a dash of cumin for a slightly different, smoky flavor profile.
