Duck, Foie Gras and Mushroom Pie

Slice the onion, garlic and mushrooms and brown them in a pan.
Cut the duck breast into pieces and add it with the mushrooms, season.
Spread a dough in a mold, arrange the mixture and the pieces of foie gras.
Cover with the second dough, seal and brush with egg yolk.
Cook for 40 minutes until nicely browned.
