Baked Fish Sticks Recipe

Ingredients:
For the Lemon Caper Sauce:
1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
3 tbsp light mayo
1 tbsp drained capers
1 tbsp fresh chopped chives
1 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper

For the Fish Sticks:
1 lb cod or other firm white fish fillets, cut into 2-inch strips
3 egg whites (or 2 whole eggs)
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1/2 lemon, juiced
1/8 tsp paprika, plus more for coating
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
1 1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
2 tsp dried parsley
Olive oil or cooking spray
