4 boiled eggs, cut into pieces
1 can of tuna (5 ounces), drained and broken into small pieces.
1/4 cup of mayonnaise
2 tablespoons of mustard
1/4 cup of chopped celery
1 tablespoon of chopped onion
Add salt and pepper according to your preference.
You can add smoked paprika on top if you like.
You may choose to serve the sandwich with slices of your preferred bread.
Directions:
In a bowl, mix the chopped eggs and tuna flakes.
Mix the celery and onion well with the tuna and egg mixture.
In another small bowl, mix the mayonnaise and mustard until they are smooth.
