Baklava Bundt Cake

For the Cake:

2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
3 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pistachios
For the Honey Syrup:

1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup water
1 cinnamon stick
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a bundt cake pan and set aside.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
Beat in the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the Greek yogurt, and mix until just combined.
Fold in the chopped nuts until evenly distributed throughout the batter.
