Baklava Bundt Cake

Pour the batter into the prepared bundt cake pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
While the cake is baking, prepare the honey syrup. In a small saucepan, combine the honey, granulated sugar, water, cinnamon stick, and lemon juice. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
When the cake is done baking, remove it from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Invert the cake onto a wire rack set over a baking sheet.
Remove the cinnamon stick from the honey syrup, then slowly pour the syrup over the warm cake, allowing it to soak in and absorb the flavors.
Let the cake cool completely before slicing and serving.
